We do not currently have a return policy. If your order is incorrect, we will rush to fix it as soon as possible. If something breaks or is visibily wrong with the product, please contact us to discuss options.
FAQ
Do you provide International delivery?
We currently do not offer International Delivery due to the nature of the product and the policies some countries have in place. We will look into this in the near future!
How do I return an item?
We currently do not accept returns. If you have a visible issue with the product, or the product does not make it to you in the form it was intended to be sent in, please contact us to discuss options.
Do your products need to be refrigerated?
We recommend refrigerating all current products after opening. The sauces available are not fermented and are not guaranteed to keep their color, flavor and consistency if left outside refrigeration.
Current products are shelf stable until opened for up to 6 months.
How do I track my order?
We ship all products through the United States Postal Service. Upon request, we will provide you with a tracking number once it is ready to be shipped.

Email is the fastest route. Soon, we will have social media options as well as a telephone number where we can be reached.
What are your delivery options?
USPS flat rate is the current preferred method of shipment. If an order grows larger, we can discuss other options.
